摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素及相关临床指标的变化。方法280名2型糖尿病患者根据有周围神经病变分为单纯糖尿病组及糖尿病周围神经病变组。检测相关的22个临床指标,如病程、血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇、甘油三脂及C-肽等,并对其进行t检验、χ2检验及Logistic多因素回归分析。结果2型糖尿病并发周围神经病变组与无周围神经病变组比较有更高的β2-微球蛋白(t=-2.403,P<0.05),较大的年龄(t=-2.617,P<0.01)及更长的病程(t=-5.653,P<0.01);β2-微球蛋白(OR=1.344,P<0.05)及糖尿病病程(OR=1.135,P<0.01)与周围神经病变的发生呈显著正相关。结论β2-微球蛋白及糖尿病病程是2型糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the correlated risk factors and the changes of related clinical parameters about diabetic peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes （T2DM）. Methods 280 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into groupl（no DPN） and group 2,we detected their correlation of 22 clinical data,including course of the disease, blood pressure, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, total serum cholesterol, triglyceride, C-peptide etc. The resucts were analyzed by t test, χ^2 test and Logistic regression.Results The β2-microglobulin（β2-MG, t =-2. 403,P〈0.05）,age（t =-2. 617, P〈0.01） and the diabetic course（t =-5. 653, P〈0.01） in group2 were significantly higher than that in group 1;There has the positive correlation between the β2-microglobulin（β2- MG OR= 1. 344, P〈0.05） or diabetic course（OR = 1. 135, P〈0.01） and diabetic peripheral neuropathy of T2DM. Conclusion The increase levels of β2-MG and diabetic duration were risk factors of diabetic peripheral neuropathy T2DM.
