摘要 目的去除人类胚胎期大脑皮层基因表达信号噪声。方法将10 080个基因原始表达数据预处理后采用小波多尺度去除噪声。选用常用小波函数db1(sym1,Haar)、db2(sym2)、db3(sym3)、db4、db5、db6、db7、db8、dbd9、db10、bior1.3、bior2.4、sym4、sym5作多尺度分析,并按照频率分解为5层。结果分为5个尺度时小波函数db3去噪效果最好。结论多尺度分析用于大脑皮层基因表达去除噪声,能尽可能多地保留基因表达有用信息。 Objective To denoise the gene expression signals of embryo cerebral cortex. Methods After pretreating the primal data of 10 080 genes,we used wavelet mutiscale to denoise. Results db3 was the best wavelet function to denoise the gene expression signals,when the signals were decomposed into five scales. Conclusion Multiscale ananysis can be used to denoise the gene ex- pression signals of embryo cerebral cortex, which can reserve more useful information of the genes expression.
