摘要
针对棉粘双面交织物同色性问题,从染料筛选和染色工艺设计两方面进行试验。试验结果表明,采用冷轧堆染色可有效改善棉纤维得色量,甚至超过粘胶纤维;该工艺还能改善K型,KN型和F型活性染料的同色性效果。
Due to the problems of union color of dyeing of cotton/viscose double-sided fabric, two aspects of dyes selection and dyeing process were experimented. Test results showed that cold pad-batch dyeing can be effective in improving the color yield of cotton fiber, even more than viscose, and also be able to improve the union color properties of K type, KN type, F type reactive dyes.
