摘要
对铣面机组开卷机传动系统常见的摆线针轮减速机机箱破裂、支撑轴承损坏、输出轴折断,电机输入轴折断等设备故障进行简要分析,提出在使用、维护、管理方面所应采取的预防措施,及其改进方法。
The common faults of drive system of milling units uncoiler were analyzed briefly, that was rupture of cycloidal pinwheel reductor box, damage of supporting bearing, breakdown of output shaft and input shaft. The preventive measures and improvement methods were put forward for use, maintenance and management.
