铁氧体橡塑磁条的新型制备方法探索

摘要 采用取向充磁取代传统的脉冲充磁制备了铁氧体橡塑磁条,可以得到相同质量的磁条,而且生产成本降低,应用掏空设计的新方法可以进一步节约成本,且不影响磁条的质量。 The ferrite magenet rubber-plastic strips were prepared by charge magenetism with orientation, replacing with traditional charge magenetism with impulsion. The strips with similar quality were obtained and the production costs were reduced. A novel method of hollow design was used to prepare the strips. The cost of production was further reduced and the quality of the strips were remained.
