重建交叉韧带止点界面愈合的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 交叉韧带是膝关节内最重要的稳定结构,交叉韧带断裂产生的稳定与功能丧失可导致膝关节运动学上的不稳定,从而导致关节退变或半月板及软骨的继发性损伤。正如坎贝尔所说“交叉韧带断裂之时就是膝关节功能退变之日”。为了恢复膝关节正常的结构和功能,常常需要关节镜下手术重建交叉韧带,而重建手术中固定韧带是否牢固以及腱骨界面能否顺利愈合将直接影响手术效果和病人的预后。
