摘要
针对某型四级轴流风扇改进设计的需要,通过试验详细测量了风扇的总性能特性,并利用三维流体计算软件NUMECA对设计转速下的部分典型工况进行了数值模拟。研究了风扇总性能和级性能的变化,对比分析了设计工况和近失速工况的流场特征。结果表明:风扇呈现出典型跨音速风扇设计的特点,计算结果与试验数据吻合较好,设计转速下,第三级转子通道中的激波被推出通道是导致失速产生的主要原因。本文结果可为该型风扇的改进设计提供参考。
In order to improve design of a four stage axial flow fan, the overall performance of the fan was measured through test. The typical operating condition was simulated numerically by means of NUMECA, which is a three-dimensional flow commercial software. The research of the overall and stage performance was carried out, and the flow field characteristics of design condition and near stall condition were also compared and analyzed. The results showed that the fan possessed feature of a classic transonic compressor. The numerical result was consistent well with the experimental data. The change of the third rotor passage shock position was the main cause of rotating stall inception at design rotational speed. The research result can be used to improve design of the prototype.
