摘要
采用理论分析和实验研究的方法,在男大学生篮球个人技术学习过程中进行不同的目标设置,探讨目标设置对学生的篮球个人技术和心境的影响。结果显示:不同目标设置组对心境的改善都有积极作用,都能提高学生的篮球技术水平;在不同目标设置组的对比中,短期目标组和长短期结合目标组对心境的改善和篮球技术水平的提高显著优于长期目标组;"尽力做好组"前后心境状态无显著性变化,篮球技术水平显著提高。
By means of theoretical analysis and experimental research, and by setting different goals for male undergraduates in the course of their learning of individual basketball techniques,the author tends to explore the influence of goal setting on students' individual basketball technique and their mood status. The results show that different goalsetting has positive effects for the improvement of students' mood status and basketball techniques ;in the contrast of groups with different goal-setting, it is noted that the short-term and the combination of long and short term goal setting groups have better performance than the long-term goal setting group; no remarkable changes are observed in the "try one's best" group for the individual's mood status; but their basketball technique has improved greatly.
