Adjustment on Working Magnetic Circuit of the Permanent Magnetic Mechanism Based on Dynamic Simulation

摘要 以现有20kV户外柱上真空断路器配的单稳态永磁机构为例,采用有限元法进行磁场计算,耦合机构运动方程和电路方程,仿真了机构空载下的动作特性,调整了机构的工作磁路。仿真结果表明,永磁机构工作磁路的调整降低了磁路的磁密饱和度,减少了漏磁,提高了机构的动特性,为永磁机构的优化提供借鉴。 Taking the monostabillity permanent magnetic mechanism matched with the existing 20 kV column vacuum circuit-breaker in the open air as an example, this paper calculated the magnetic field using the finite element method and coupled mechanism motion equations with circuit equations. Operating characteristics were simulated while the mechanism was idling, working magnetic circuit of the mechanism adjusted. The simulative results show that the adjustment on working magnetic circuit of the permanent magnetic mechanism lowers the magnetic flux density saturation, reducing the leakage magnetic flux and raising operating characteristics of the mechanism, so as to provide use for reference to optimize the permanent magnetic mechanism.
