摘要
目的了解中国教师吸烟相关知识、态度和行为,探讨针对性的控烟措施。方法在全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)和新疆生产建设兵团各选择1个省会城市、1个地级市、1个县级市(县城),再通过两阶段简单随机抽样方法抽取教师进行面对面问卷调查。结果教师吸烟率为19.6%,现在吸烟率为16.0%。其中男性教师吸烟率和现在吸烟率分别为50.2%,40.9%,女性吸烟率和现在吸烟率分别为1.1%和0.8%。81.4%的吸烟教师在上班时吸烟,在学生面前吸过烟的教师有48.1%。教师对吸烟和被动吸烟的危害认识还不够全面,对于烟草本质也存在着错误认识,尤其是吸烟教师。87.8%的教师支持学校完全禁烟。大部分教师(81.0%)的控烟教育仍停留在教授学生吸烟的危害,仅有38.1%的教师表示曾教授过学生拒绝吸烟的技巧。结论今后应开展系统的宣传教育活动,提高教师对吸烟及被动吸烟危害的认识,增强教师的控烟技能。同时,学校内应该全面禁烟,为师生创建一个无烟的学习环境。
Objective To describe the smoking-related knowledge, attitudes and behavior of teachers across Chine and explore tobacco specific control measures. Methods Two-stage simple random sampling was used to select teachers for face-to-face survey in one city at the provincial city, one at the prefecture level and one at the county level （the town） in each of the 31 provinces （autonomous regions, municipalities） and Xinjiang Construction and Production Legion. Results This survey indicated a smoking rate of 19.6% among teachers with a current smoking rate of 16.0%. The smoking rate and current smoking rate were 50.2% and 40.9% among the male teachers, respectively, while 1.1% and 0.8% among the female teachers. 81.4% smoking teachers reported that they smoked during working hours. 48.1% teachers reported smoking in the present of their students. Teachers, smoking teachers particularly, did not understand all the harmful aspects of smoking and passive smoking, and had misconceptions about the nature of tobacco. 87.8% teachers supported 100% smoke-free campuses. A majority of teachers （81.0%） still gave a tobacco control education only on harms of smoking and only 38.1% of them had taught students how to refuse tobacco. Conclusion A systematic promotion should be implemented among teachers to raise awareness of harms of smoking and passive smoking and to improve their tobacco control skills. Meanwhile, smoking should be forbidden in schools completely to create smoke-free campuses for students and teachers.
