本文扼要分析了温州地区水质的状况，水质与牛面革松面、炸面的关系，并总结了针对性的解决措施。
The paper generally analyses the state of water quality in Wenzhou area, the relationship between water quality and loose grain and crackness of cattlehide shoe upper leather. It also summarizes some measures to solve the problem.
