摘要
阐述了沥青混合料的生产过程、生产质量的重要性以及国内对沥青混合料生产质量的检测现状,介绍了长安大学质量控制研究所开发研制的"沥青混合料生产质量监控器"。通过将其应用于高速公路建设的实际施工中,得到了比较稳定的沥青混合料生产数据,为建设优质的沥青混凝土路面提供了基本的保证。
The production process of asphalt mixture, its importance of production quality, as well as its domestic testing status are described. In addition, a kind of equipment--the Asphalt Mixture Production Quality Monitor developed by Quality Control Institute in Chang＇an University is introduced. Through such monitors are applied to the expressway construction, the relatively stable asphalt mixture production data are obtained, which ensures asphalt concrete pavement up to higher level.
