摘要
以2,2-双二茂铁基丙烷为原料,经两步酰化合成6-丙酰基-6′-丁酰基(2,2-双二茂铁基丙烷),酰化产物分别以LiAlH4和Zn-Hg作为还原剂进行还原,得到相应的6,6′-不同α-羟烷基和6,6′-不同烷基取代的衍生物,利用元素分析、IR及1H NMR对化合物结构进行了表征.
In this paper, acylation of 2,2-bisferrocenylpropane is carried out with acid anhydride in the presence of boron trifluoride and methylene chloride. 6-propionyl-6'-butyryl(2,2-bisferrocenylpropane) is prepared by the Friedel-Crafts reaction and reduced to the corresponding α-hydroxyalkyl and alkyl deriva- tives of 2,2-bisferrocenylpropane with LiAlH4 and Zn(Hg)/HC1. The structures of these compounds are characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and 1HNMR spectra.
