摘要
某轻钢结构对螺栓预埋精度要求高,允许偏差仅为3mm,传统预埋技术很难达到要求。为此,制定了一套新的技术方案,主要是采用单层十字钢板和三角铁通过专用操作平台将柱脚螺栓组装起来,形成螺栓套件,再通过定位卡具与基础短柱内的主筋固定;混凝土浇筑过程采用正确的振捣方式和经纬仪跟踪监控,保证柱脚螺栓的预埋精度,提高了安装速度。
Some light steel structure has high requirement on embedded precision of column bolts, and the largest allowable deviation is only 3mm which is hard for traditional embedded technology. So a series of new technologies are made. The column bolts are assembled with single-layer crees steal plate and angle iron by special operation platform to form bolt composition. The bolt composition is fixed on the main steel bar of short basement column by location fixture. During concrete pouring, by selecting correct vibrating method and surveying with theodolite, the embedded precision of column bolt is assured and installation speed is improved.
