摘要
生态文明是现代文明的重要组成部分,也是公民文化建设的重要内容。公民文化的培育是构建生态文明的主要保证,只有全面提高人的公共理性,人们才能建构起与良好的生态环境相适应的价值观念、生活方式和消费方式,形成尊重自然、善待自然的健康生态人格,从而建立起生态文明的精神和行为的基础。也只有通过公民文化来充分地培育人的相互协商、真诚交往的精神,社会才能摆脱局部利益、眼前利益的狭隘性,形成有利于生态文明发展的人文环境,最终实现经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的高度统一。
The ecological civilization is an important constituent part of the contemporary civilization; it is also the essential objective of civil culture construction. In fact, the fostering of civil culture plays the assurance role for building ecological civilization. Only on the condition of promoting the all-round public rationality could people develop the values, life style and consumption pattern that confirm a fine ecological environment. Only then could people respect the nature, treat kindly the natural and healthy ecological personality and hence set up the basis for the awareness and behavior norms of ecological civilization. Only through the civil culture could the spirit of equal consultation and sincere interaction be fully fostered, and the society avoid the narrow view on partial and momentary benefit to form a better humanity environment for ecological civilization and to realize ultimately the high unity of economy achievements, social benefits, and ecological harmony.
