一种异频微波信号合路器方案设计

摘要 基于频带分割方法,利用带通(或带阻)滤波器的带外抑制性和三端口环行器的定向传输性,提出了一种新的异频合路器设计方案。该合路器原理通用性强,软件仿真和实物测试结果表明:在排除各器件自身损耗和滤波器带外抑制度小于-30 dBc条件下,该合路器能够不失真地同时传输多频具有不同带宽的信号,具有应用于有源相控阵T/R组件中实现同时多功能的潜力。 Based on the band-share method, by using of the stop-band suppression of the hand-pass filter and directional transmission of the microwave circulator, a microwave combiner design is put forward in this paper. Simulation and sample test manifest:on condition that the loss of all the units themselves is eliminated, and the suppression of the filter is less than -30 dBc, this combiner can simultaneously transmit multiple-frequency signals without distortion. So this combiner has the potential to be used in T/R module of Active Electronically Scanned Array(AESA) for achieving simultaneous multifunction.
