摘要
清末阿尔泰地区科布多、塔尔巴哈台所属哈萨克因天灾人祸,迁徙至新疆腹地。科布多、塔尔巴哈台在清廷要求和敦促下,最终收回了"逃亡"的哈萨克,此过程中夹杂了诸多矛盾,其中科布多、塔尔巴哈台关于借地的矛盾和伊犁将军与新疆巡抚间的矛盾最为突出。
The kazak people fled in the Altai region in the end of the Qing dynasty because of their natural and man-made disasters,and eventually fled to the hinterland of Xinjiang province. The Qing government ask KeBuDuo and TaCheng officer to collect those people. During this time there appeared many contradictions, especialy between the Xinjiang governor＇ and Yili general.
