摘要
介绍了安装有爆炸网络,以爆轰波传火的火炮点火系统,在一种大口径火炮模拟装置上,进行了空药室和装填模拟发射药条件下,爆炸网络点火系统对发射药点火实验,通过测量模拟装置药室不同位置压力,研究了点火系统点传火性能及其对发射装药的影响.结果表明,爆炸网络点火系统能够同时均匀地点燃的周围发射药,改善火炮点火条件,并同现有火炮击发方式和弹药结构相适应.
The ignition system installed with explosive network is introduced. The ignition stimuli of the ignition systems are detonation waves. The ignition systems were fired in a largecaliber gun simulator filled with and without inert propellant grains. The pressures in the simulator chamber were recorded. The functioning and the influence on propellants charge of the ignition systems were analyzed. The results show that the ignition systems with explosive network can ignite the propellants around simultaneously and uniformly to improve the ignition of gun. The ignition system can be used under the percussion means and the charges of present guns.
