摘要
目的观察针刺对大鼠痛阈及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响,探讨针刺镇痛效应及其氧代谢机理。方法将30只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、电针穴位组、电针非经非穴组。于电针前后分别检测大鼠痛阈及血清SOD、MDA等指标。结果电针后,电针穴位组大鼠痛阈、SOD含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);电针非经非穴位组SOD含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而痛阈、MDA含量较正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);电针穴位组痛阈、SOD含量明显高于电针非经非穴组(P<0.05),MDA含量明显低于电针非经非穴组(P<0.05)。结论电针穴位有明显的镇痛效应。电针镇痛情况下血清SOD含量明显升高,血清MDA含量明显降低,提示针刺调整氧代谢,减少或消除氧自由基可能是电针镇痛的机理之一。
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture on pain threshold and the contents of serum superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde in rats, and investigate the anti - pain effect of acupuncture and the mechanism of oxygen metabolism. Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into normal group, electro - acupuncturing acupoints group and electro - acupuncturing non - acupoints group. Detection of pain threshold, serum SOD and MDA was made before and after electro - acupuncture. Result After electro - acupuncture, the pain threshold and the content of SOD of electro - acupuncturing points group were significantly higher than those of normal group ( P 〈0.01 ) , and the content of MAD was significantly lower than that of normal group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The SOD content of electro - acupuncturing non - acupoints group was higher than that of normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; while, pain threshold, and MAD content were not different compared with normal group ( P 〉 0. 05). In electro - acupunctufing acupoints group, pain threshold and SOD content were significantly higher than that of electro - acupuncturing non - acupoints group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; MAD content was significantly lower than that of electro - acupuncturing non - acupoints group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Electro - acupuncturing points showed obvious analgesic effect, its mechanisms may be concerned with regulation of oxygen metabolism and elimination of oxygen free radicals.
