摘要
采用索氏提取法对稻秆中脂肪油进行提取,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行了分析,分离鉴定出9种脂肪酸,占脂肪油总量的92.64%,并对其主要成分进行了鉴定,主要化学成分为:棕榈酸21.00%、油酸29.30%、亚油酸22.89%和α-亚麻酸14.77%.用水蒸汽蒸馏-萃取法提取稻秆挥发性物质,测得稻秆挥发油的含量为0.80%,用GC/MS法从稻秆挥发油中分离并确定出30种化学成分.用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统,得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量,其中主要成分为:2-戊基呋喃(14.98%),甘菊环(17.42%),壬醛(7.06%),辛醛(3.54%),2-癸烯醛(4.02%),1-己醇(3.38%)等.
The fatty oil of rice stalk was extracted with soxhlet extraction method. 9 fatty acids were separated and identified by GC-MS. The contents of the identified fatty acids make up 92.64%, the major fatty acids are hexadecanoic acid (21.00%) , 9,12-octadecadienoic acid ( 22.89% ) and 9, 12, 15-octadecatrienoic acid ( 14.77% ). The water distillation-extractor was used for extracting the volatile substances of the rice stalk, the average oil yield obtained was o. 80%. 30 chemical components were identified by GC / MS method. Of them the main components are :2-pentyl rural ( 14.98% ), azulene ( 17.42% ), nonanal (7.06%), octanal (3.54%), 2-decenal(4.02% ) ,and 1-hexanol( 3. 38% ).
