摘要
主要研究了采用稀土钇(Y)变质剂和三元变质剂(25%NaF+62%NaCl+13%KCl),在120MPa压力条件下成型,对液态模锻铝合金的力学性能进行了对比分析.结果表明,加入变质剂可使液态模锻铝合金的综合力学性能得到大幅度提高,采用稀土钇(Y)变质比三元变质的效果好.
This paper studies the use of rare - earth metal Y (Yttrium) modificator and ternary modificator (25% NaF + 62% NaCl + 13% KCl) and liquid state forging which under 120MPa pressures were used. liquid die forging aluminum alloy on mechanical properties were analyzed. The results showed that the rare- earth metal Y (Yt- trium) can Modificator liquid aluminum alloy forging a comprehensive mechanical properties of a substantial increase, the use of rare - earth metal Y (Yttrium)modificator was better than ternary modificator.
