摘要
概述多烯脂肪酸对肿瘤和缺血性疾病的作用及机理。廿碳五烯酸、廿二碳六烯酸及其n-3同系物,在动物实验和临床试验中,具有降低血脂、甘油三酯、总胆固醇作用,提高高密度脂蛋白、降低血粘度、减少血小板聚集和血栓形成作用,以及防止冠心病猝死及抗肿瘤作用。
Relations and active mechanisms of PUFA with neoplasma and ischemic disease were reviewed. In animal experiments and clinical tries, it was shown that eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and their analogs (n-3 PUFA) could lower the lipide,triglyceride and total cholesterol in blood,raise high density lipoprotein,reduce bldri viscority,depress platelet aggregation,delay formation of thrornbus,and protect from sudden coronary death,also could inhibit several tumor growth.
