摘要
基于30年的长期定位试验,研究了长期定位施肥对玉米酶活性的影响。结果表明:随施肥量的增加,玉米穗位叶SOD、CAT均有不同程度的提高,其中有机肥60000kg/hm2加无机氮肥276kg/hm2处理SOD活性和CAT活性最高,MDA和POD含量最低。单施氮肥或有机肥处理,灌浆后期穗位叶POD、SOD、CAT活性降低较快,MDA含量迅速上升。有机肥与氮肥配施穗位叶POD、SOD、CAT活性较高,并且维持高值时间长,MDA含量低,上升缓慢。氮磷钾肥配施处理穗位叶POD、SOD、CAT活性在开花期显著高于氮磷、氮钾处理,MDA含量显著低于氮磷、氮钾处理。
Thirty years' experiment was conducted to study the effects of long-term fertilization on the enzyme activity of summer maize and the results showed that with the fertilization amount increased, SOD and CAT activity in functional leaves of maize were differently enhanced; M2N2 treated the highest activity of SOD and CAT, the content of MDA and POD was the lowest. Under the condition of used inorganic nitrogen or used organic fertilizer, POD, SOD, CAT activity in functional leaves of maize were depressed quickly at later filling stage, the content of MDA was rising quickly. For the treatments of used organic fertilizer with some inorganic nitrogen, the activities of POD, SOD and CAT in functional leaves of maize were higher, and kept high value for a long time, the content of MDA was lower and rising slowly. The treatment of combined application inorganic nitrogen, phosphorus, Potassium was much better than the treatment of nitrogen phosphorus or nitrogen and Potassium in POD activity in functional leaves of maize and SOD, CAT activity in functional leaves of maize at silking stage, the content of MDA of the treatment of nitrogen phosphorus and nitrogen potassium.
