摘要
通过引入期权机制与技术创新,建立了关于单个供应商与单个销售商组成的收入共享契约模型的两级供应链,探讨了供应链机制的设计问题.研究表明:在基于期权的收入共享契约模型中,通过引入技术创新后,销售商、供应商以及供应链的总利润均提高,从而使供应商和销售商达到双赢局面;同时得出使供应链整体利润最大化的最佳订购量,实现了供应链的协调,从而提高了供应链的系统效能.
By inducting option mechanism and technology innovation, the model of supply chain about revenue sharing contract about single-supplier and single-retailer is set up. Furthermore, the design problem of supply chain mechanism is discussed. Then, by inducting technology innovation in the revenue sharing contract based on supply chain under option mechanism, two conclusions are detected. First, the profit of supplier＇s and retailer＇s and the whole supply chain are enhanced, then the mutual benefits between the retailer and the supplier are achieved. As a result,the optimal order quantities that makes supply chain＇s aggregate profit maximized are found and supply chain＇s coordination are achieved, which can enhance the economy efficiency.
