摘要
川麦42是采用人工合成小麦首次培育成功的普通小麦推广品种,苗期表现强势生长.为弄清其遗传基础,评价其在小麦遗传改良中的利用价值,利用川麦42×川农16构建的127个重组自交系群体,对苗期叶长、叶宽、生长率等性状进行了研究.结果表明,各性状在R IL群体中呈连续分布,分布频率符合正态分布,同时存在双向超亲分离现象.相关性分析表明,叶长与小区产量、千粒重呈显著性相关,可作为品种早期初步选择的参考性状之一.
Common wheat cultivar Chuanmai42 has been selected successfully from the offspring of synthetic wheat for the first time in the world. Its seedlings exhibit a strong early vigor. The 127 recombinant inbred lines of chuanmai42 × chuannong16 had been constructed, in order to clarify its genetic background and to evaluate its utilization value in wheat genetic improvement . The leaf traits of seedling, such as leaf length, leaf width, have been investigated. The results indicated that the frequency of traits was in accordance with normal school, and the tremendous transgressive segregation for all traits was observed. Furthermore, the results of correlation analysis indicated that the thousand-grain weight and area yield were significantly related to the leaf traits of seedlings. As a result, it is suggested to select seedlings based on the leaf length.
