跨国公司投资生物燃料产业的态势及推动作用

摘要 近几年跨国公司对生物质燃料产业的投资增长趋势明显,其主要动因是由于生物燃料既是未来的主要替代能源,又具有较好的环保效益,同时有助于企业向新业务转型,并可享受政府的优惠政策。跨国公司的投资方式主要是进入产业研发领域、建设生产装置和原料基地,以及开展并购或合资合作。跨国公司的参与,促进了生物燃料产业的技术创新,提高了装置的先进性,强化和延伸了生物燃料产业链,对生物燃料产业的发展起到了积极的推动作用。 In recent years,multinational corporation's investment in the biofuel industry has been growing considerably.The main driving forces behind this is:firstly ,biofuel is an environmentally friendly fuel and is expected to be the main alternative energy source to fossil fuel in the future;secondly,developing biofuel is instrumental to enterprises' business transformation drive;thirdly,developing biofuel enjoys government policy incentives.Multinational corporations invest in biofuel mainly by means of investing in industrial research and development,building production units and feedstock production bases,launching acquisitions and mergers and forming partnership with other enterprises.Multinational corporations' involvement in biofuel development has promoted technical innovations in the biofuel industry as well as the advancement of technologies and pro- cesses used in biofuel units and strengthened and extended the biofuel industrial chain,giving a boost to the growth of the biofuel industry.
