摘要 利用脱镁硼泥和废玻璃作为原料,研制开发新型的具有轻质保温、隔热、防火和防水性能的泡沫玻璃,探讨了烧结温度及时间、发泡温度及时间、发泡剂用量以及成型压力对新型泡沫玻璃性能的影响,试验结果表明,在烧结温度为690℃,烧结时间为30 min,发泡温度为840℃,发泡时间为16 min,发泡剂用量为10%,成型压力为3~5 MPa时,可以制备出气孔均匀、性能优异的泡沫玻璃,各项性能均达到JC/T 647—2005标准要求。 A new type of foam glass with lightweight, thermal insulation, heat isolation, fire proof and water proof was developed by utilizing magnesium-removal boron mud and cullet as raw material. Some factors of influence on performance of the new type foam glass were discussed, such as sintering temperature and time, foaming temperature and time, content of foaming agent and molding pressure. The test result shows that under conditions of sintering temperature 690 ℃, sintering time 30 rain, foaming temperature 840 ℃, foaming time 16 min,eontent of forming agent 10% and molding pressure 3-5 MPa the excellent foam glass with uniform pore can be produced and all properties meet the requirement of national standard JC/T 647--2005.
