摘要
分析了各类腿式着陆器用缓冲器的特点及应用范围,为便于研究分析,根据缓冲器可以工作的次数,将缓冲器分为一次性缓冲器及重复性缓冲器,并对一次性缓冲器及重复性缓冲器的特点进行了分析。给出了理想腿式着陆器用缓冲器应该满足的性能,为了对各种缓冲器的缓冲性能进行综合的评价,给出了4类缓冲器缓冲性能的评价方法。这些评价方法可以对腿式着陆器用缓冲器的缓冲吸能效果、可靠性、冲击平稳性、缓冲器自身的重量及体积、适应工作环境的能力等方面的性能进行分析,为腿式着陆器用缓冲器的设计提供理论参考。分析了现有一次性缓冲器存在的不足,结合理想腿式着陆器用缓冲器的性能,对新型腿式着陆器用一次性缓冲器进行了构想。
Characteristics and application range of all kinds of legged-type lander's shock absorbers are discussed. To make study conveniently, shock absorber are divided into disposable shock absorber and repeatability shock absorber according to their work times, and respective characteristics are investigated. Researches on performance requirements of ideal shock absorber of legged-type lander are carried out. Four kinds of evaluation methods of cushion properties on shock absorbers are put forward, which can be used to evaluate the cushion properties of shock absorber comprehensively such as effect of energy absorption, reli- ability, impact load's stationarity, the weight and volume, ability of suitable for various space environment, etc, and guide legged-type lander' s shock absorber design. At last, disadvantages of existing disposable shock absorber of legged-type lander are analyzed, based upon the performance requirements of ideal shock absorber of legged-type lander, conception of novel disposable shock absorber of legged-type lander are given.
