摘要
图书馆知识产权风险类型可以概括为基于主体的知识产权风险、基于业务的知识产权风险和基于内容的知识产权风险。其中,基于主体的知识产权风险包括不同服务对象、不同存在形态的图书馆主体的知识产权风险;基于业务的知识产权风险包括数字化、信息发布、文献传递、声像服务、网络导航、虚拟参考等的知识产权风险;基于资源的知识产权风险包括信息资源权利归属、权利瑕疵和用户侵权使用的知识产权风险。
The risk types of intellectual property in library include the risks related to the subject, to the business, and to the resource. Subject -based intellectual property risks include the risks based on different service targets, and different existing situations. Business - based intellectual property risks include the risks based on digitalization, information dissemination, document delivery, au-diovisual services, network navigation, the virtual reference, and etc. Resource -based intellectual property risks include the risks existing in legal ownership, defects of rights and user＇s infringement.
