摘要
美国金融监管制度变迁分为3个历史时期,其金融业监管各阶段的情报需求模式分别表现为:被动情报需求模式、主动情报需求模式、统一交叉情报需求模式。美国金融情报需求在金融监管发展中发挥着重要作用。研究美国金融监管发展中的金融情报需求对日益国际化的中国金融业发展和金融情报研究具有重要的借鉴意义。
US institutional change of financial supervision has experienced three historical stages. The patterns of intelligence demand at every stage of financial supervision are passive demand, active demand and unified inter-department demand. Financial intelligence has played an important role in the development of financial supervision. US historical experience of financial supervision can make great contributions to financial supervision in China.
