摘要
介绍了土地登记与土地登记信息系统的概念,在比较分析了目前土地登记的流程与分类的基础上,对土地登记信息服务系统的总体架构、各功能模块的内容以及实现技术进行了探讨。结合土地登记业务的自身特点,引入工作流(work flow)方法,采用C#.net和ASP.NET开发平台,实现了在线申请、网上审批、图文查询、简单统计分析等,从而完成了土地登记的整个业务流程。
The concept of land registration and land registration information system was introduced. Based on analyzing the current land registration process and classification, the overall framework of land registration information service system, the contents of each function model and implementation techniques were discussed. According to the special features of land registration service, the flow work of land registration was proposed by introducing Work Flow method and applying interface of C#. net,ASP. NET so as to realize the functions of online application, online appraisal, literature inquiry and simple statistical analysis.
