摘要
通过检测初生固相的晶粒取向,对Al-Cu合金初生晶的生长机理进行初步探讨。结果表明:电磁搅拌下由于液相在枝晶间凝固,因而使得枝晶在二维条件下呈现出一个个独立的晶核;电磁搅拌一定程度上能够抑制枝晶的生长,最终初生固相以团块状聚结在一起。
The growth mechanism of primary grain of Al-Cu Alloy was investigated according to the grain orientation of primary phase. The results show that, because of solidfication of liquid phase on primary dendrite under electromagnetic stirring, the dendrite has a tendency towards separation under the two-dimension condition; the growth of dendrite is inhibited to a certain extent under electromagnetic stirring, so primary solid phase conglomerates in the form of particle groupe.
