摘要
党的十七大报告提出了建设"国家文化软实力"的文化发展战略;同时"可持续发展战略"也是我国的基本战略;建设"可持续发展文化"能够推动这两大战略的实施,起到"一举两得"的作用。我国传统文化和现代文化中有许多可持续发展的内容,这为可持续发展文化建设奠定了基础;可持续发展文化作为先进文化的内容,也是我党的一贯追求。在当前形势下,要确立可持续发展文化建设的总体价值目标,以科学发展观为指导,弘扬传统可持续发展文化思想,教育和普及可持续发展知识,倡导生态消费,建立绿色决策体系,发展绿色科学技术,建立可持续发展文化建设的监督机制和法律保障机制,从而推进可持续发展文化建设。
The seventeenth National People＇s Congress of the People＇s Republic of China put forth the strategy of cultural development - construct ＂ national cultural soft power＂ in its report; meanwhile, ＂ the strategy of sustainable development＂ is also national essential strategy; these two strategies can be promoted by the cultural construction of sustainable development. There are a lot of sustainable aspects in our traditional and modern culture, based on which the sustainable development can be con - strueted; as part of advanced culture, the culture of sustainable development has always been what the party pursues. Under the current circumstance, we should establish the overall value objective of cultural construction of sustainable development, develop traditional thoughts of sustainable development with the guidance of scientific outlook of development, popularize the knowledge of sustainable development, advocate ＂ green＂ consumption, develop ＂ green＂ science and technology, set up the monitoring and legal guarantee system for the cultural construction of sustainable development, in order to promote it.
