胶原纤维固载Zr(IV)对水体中苯羧酸的去除

摘要 目的用胶原材料去除水体中的苯甲酸(BA)和邻苯二甲酸(o-PA)。方法制备胶原纤维固载Zr(IV)材料(ZLCF),研究溶液的pH值和氯化钠离子强度以及ZLCF中Zr(IV)固载量对其去除BA和o-PA的影响。结果在较宽的pH范围内,ZLCF对水体中的BA和o-PA有明显的去除作用,且最大去除量(>0.3mmol/g)出现在pH3~5的范围。氯化钠离子强度对去除作用有一定影响,但在100mmol/L的氯化钠浓度下,ZLCF对BA和o-PA仍有相当大的去除量(>0.25mmol/g)。对BA和o-PA的去除作用与胶原纤维上的固载Zr(IV)以及其固载量密切相关。结论ZLCF对BA和o-PA的有效去除表明成本低廉的胶原材料在有机废水处理方面可能有潜在的应用。 [Objective] To remove benzoic acid (BA) and o-phthalic acid (o-PA) from aqueous solution by using collagen material. [Methods] A novel material, Zr (Ⅳ) - loaded collagen fiber (ZLCF), was prepared, and the effects of pH, NaCl ionic strength and Zr (Ⅳ) - loaded amount on its removal of BA and o-PA were investigated. [Results] The removal of BA and o-PA was obvious by using ZLCF at a wide range of pH and their highest removal capacities (〉0.3 mmol/g) appeared at pH3-5. The removal was affected by NaCl ionic strength to some extent, but ZLCF still remained considerable removal capacities (〉0.25 mmol/g) at 100 mmol/L NaCl concentration. The removal of BA and o-PA had a close relationship with the load and amount of Zr (IV) on collagen fiber. [ Conclusions] The effective removal of BA and o-PA by ZLCF indicates the low-cost collagen might have potential usefulness for treating organic wastewater.
