摘要
中国法治建设必须结合本土的法治资源,走中国特色社会主义法治道路。中国共产党的领导是中国法治道路的根本保证,人民民主是中国法治道路的目标,完备的社会主义法律体系是中国法治道路的基础,三者同时也是中国法治道路发展的动力源泉。我们必须坚持党的领导、人民当家作主与依法治国三者的有机统一。
We must follow way of rule of law with Chinese characters by combining our own traditional sources of rule of law. The leadship of CCP is the guarantee , people＇s democracy is the final target , and self-contained law system is the foundation . All of the above three factors are the major motion sources of the way of rule of law in China . So we must persist in the unifying of the leadership of the CCP , people＇s democracy and the rule of law.
