摘要
在已有二级双层非限制式结构雾化器的基础上设计了一种新型自由式雾化器,确定了雾化器的结构,采用FLUENT对雾化器的工作参数进行了模拟,获得了工艺参数对雾化过程的影响规律。试验结果表明,当新型雾化器的主辅两个雾化器的压强为1.0MPa,0.5MPa时,能得到较大的负压和气流速度。
A new freestyle atomizer was designed based on structure of original double-decked unrestricted atomizer The CFD software FLUENT was used to simulate the operating parameters of the atomizer and the influence rule of technological parameters on atomization process was gained. Experimental results show that when the main atomizer's pressure is 1.0 MPa and the auxiliary atomizer's pressure is 0.5 MPa, a bigger negative pressure and airflow velocity can be obtained.
