摘要
通过对伞形轮采用不同的铸造生产工艺、铸件质量、模具费用等进行分析对比,确定了采用消失模铸造工艺组织生产,并针对消失模铸造工艺特点,对铸造工艺、模具设计及生产流程进行了设计,生产出了质量较高的伞形轮铸件,节约了投资,提高了经济效益。对设计人员设计类似产品有一定的参考作用。
Through the analysis and contrast on different casting technologies, castings quality, mould cost and so on, LFC was used to produce the umbrella wheel casting. According to the characteristics of LFC, the casting technique, mould and production process were designed, by which high quality umbrella wheel casting was produced, at one time, saving of the investment and the higher economic benefit were achieved. Above experience can provide designers with reference when they design similar casting products .
