摘要 介绍了近年来国内外消失模铸造发展状况,结合我国消失模铸造企业的成功和失败,提出了企业在消失模铸造工艺应用中应充分认清消失模工艺的利弊,扬长避短。列举了消失模铸造的优势和劣势,并以成功案例和失败案例进行分析、说明。最后,就提高消失模铸造品质量和竞争力,提倡使用一层涂料和空心轻质经济型直浇道工艺,呼吁重视消失模铸造的节能减排和环保。 The development of lost foam casting at home and abroad in recent years was introduced. Some advantages and disadvantages in lost foam casting technology were put forward combining with the situation of lost foam casting factories in our country, so that the foundries can exert strongpoint and avoid shortcomings. The strongpoint and shortcomings of lost form casting were enumerated, and some success and failure examples were analyzed. In the end, the technology of using one layer coating and hollow light economic sprue was advocated so as to enhance the quality and competition of lost foaming castings. It is appealed to pay attention to environmental protection, energy saving and emissions reduction of lost foam casting.
