车辆-人体振动非线性时域模拟及软件实现

摘要 基于SY6480客车建立了车辆-人体振动系统的十二自由度非线性动力学模型,通过对钢板弹簧和减振器非线性特性的离散化,在四轮相关随机路面激励的条件下,采用分步线性化法对整车-人体的振动情况进行了时域模拟与频谱分析。试验验证结果表明系统模型建立正确,模拟和分析方法切实可行。进而本文还对整个模拟过程进行了可视化编程,编写的软件可实现平顺性的分析、预测和参数优化,可作为汽车平顺性设计的辅助工具。 Based on the SY6480 bus, a nonlinear dynamic model with 12 DOFs of vehicle-human vibration system is established in this paper. By detaching the nonlinear characteristics of leaf springs and shock absorbers, the multi-step linearizing algorithm is used to simulate the vehicle-human system vibration under a random correlated four-wheel excitation, thereby the response spectral analysis is obtained. Experimental verification shows that the proposed model is accurate and the simulation methods are feasible. Based on the above process, furthermore, a software named AVAS is developed by Visual C+ +,which can be used as an accessorial tool to analyze,predict and optimize the ride performance in automobile design.
