摘要
目的探讨早期非营养性吸吮对早产儿生长发育及胃肠功能的影响。方法将48例需经鼻胃管喂养的健康早产适于胎龄儿,随机分为非营养性吸吮(NNS)组和对照组。监测体质量,胎粪排出,排尽时间,鼻胃管留置时间,住院天数及胃肠功能紊乱情况。结果体质量NNS组增长较对照组明显增加(P<0.01),胎粪排尽,鼻胃管留置时间及住院天数,NNS组较对照组明显缩短(P<0105)胃肠功能紊乱发生率NNS组33%对照组60%。结论NNS可促进早产儿体质量增加,缩短胎粪排尽时间,鼻胃管留置时间及住院天数。有利于早产儿胃肠功能的发育。
Objective To Study the effect of early non-nutritive sucking on the growth and development of premature infants and the impact of gastrointestinal function. Methods 48 healthy premature infants were randomly divided into NNS and control group. Detection the body weight, the time of Meconium discharge and emptying the time of nasogastric indwelling, the number of days hospitalized ,the situation Gastrointestinal disorders. Results the weight gain of NNS is quickly than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） Meeonium emptying naso- gastric tube indwelling time and the number of days hospitalized in NNS is significandy shorter than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction： NNS33%, control group60%. Conclusion NNS can be conducive to weight gain in preterm infants to shorten the waiting time of Mecnnium, nasogastric indwelling time and the number of days hospitalized. Is conducive to premature infants＇ development of gastrointestinal function.
