摘要
在评析宏观调控权理论现状的基础上,对宏观调控权的界定进行解剖式分析。在法治化背景下,不应将宏观调控权单纯理解为一种国家权力,主张将宏观调控权力作为国家享有的权利的标的来理解,即宏观调控权力权利化。
On the basis of evaluation macroeconomic regulation and control power theory, the macroeconomic regulation and contrel power＇ s limits are analyzed. Under the background of government and law, the macroeconomic regulation and control power should not be one kind of state power, but that the country understands the maeroeconomie regulation and control authority,namely macroeconomic regulation and control authority rights.
