摘要
简要介绍了利用折叠波导慢波结构的太赫兹真空辐射源的发展现状,重点对折叠波导慢波结构的特点进行了研究,并利用这种慢波结构开展了W、D波段行波管,W波段和650 GHz返波振荡器,560 GHz反馈振荡放大器的设计、计算和模拟优化,分别得到了较好的结果,并实际研制出W波段连续波行波管,输出功率达到8 W。对太赫兹真空辐射源的部件技术、微细加工技术进行了研究和分析。
The recent progress of THz vacuum electronics devices is briefly presented with emphasis on folded waveguide slow wave structure. Theoretic analysis, design and simulation are achieved for several devices, including W-band TWT, D-band TWT, W-band BWO, 600 GHz BWO, and 560 GHz oscillator and all of them get better results. Prototype of W-band folded waveguide TWT has been developed successfully, which provides 8 W output power. Key components for THz vacuum electronics devices and micro fabrication technology are also studied and discussed.
