摘要
为探寻絮凝对加压过滤过程的影响规律,采用向加压过滤机的煤泥入料中加入不同剂量的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂,对相应的过滤时间、煤泥回收率和脱水后的煤泥水分进行检测和统计,并初步探讨助滤过程的动力学原理。结果表明:当向煤泥水中添加絮凝剂与干煤泥的质量比为1∶12 000时,能将过滤机每小时的处理能力提高约1.5倍;过滤精煤产率提高约10%,并可降低滤饼水分2.5%左右。
In order to seek the influence law of the flocculation to the pressurized filtration procedure, different quantity negative ion polypropylene amide floceulants were added to the slime feed to the pressurized filter. The related filtration time, slime recovery rate and the slime moisture after dewatering were inspected and added up. The dynamics principle of the assistance filtration was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that when the flocculants added to the slime with the slime with the floceulant and dry slime rate of 1 : 12 000, the treatment capacity per hour of the filter could be increased about 1.5 times and the coal recovery rate of the filtrated clean coal could be increased by 10%. The moisture of the filtrated cake could be reduced by 2. 5%.
