摘要
旋叶压滤机投入工业生产实验是动态过滤技术发展中的重要步骤,通过初步评价的实验效果可以证明此项技术在制药行业具有很强的优势,在其它需要精细过滤的行业也具有优势,如油田污水处理、海水净化等。对实验过程的分析和推导得出,将物料进行十字流过滤、滤饼抑止和滤饼流动优化结合到过滤机设计中,这都将加强动态过滤技术的工业应用。
Rotary press-filter has been tested in industry production, which is an important progress in dynamic filtration development. Pro- evaluation tests have proved that this technique has great advantages in pharmacy industry as well as in the other fine filtration industry, such as sewage treatment in oil field, seawater refine, etc. The cross flow fdtration, fdtration cake control and fdtration feculence remove were optimized in falter design by analyzing the test, which would enhance the application of dynamic fdtration.
