摘要
转子平衡技术一直是转子动力学研究的关键技术。根据转子的类型不同,在现场平衡时采用的方法也不相同。基于共振原理,利用激振力与位移的相位关系,可以确定出激振力的方向,亦即不平衡量的方向。根据电涡流位移传感器的数据,进行滤波后,进行了相关的分析计算。结果表明,运用此方法成功地解决了该实验中的不平衡量问题。
The technology of rotor balance is always the key technology of rotor dynamics investigation. Base on rotor types, different methods were adopted in experiment. Using the phase relation between force and displacement, the direction of force was determined based on resonance principle. The direction of force is just the direction of mass unbalance. After filtering, the data from the eddy current displacement sensor were analyzed and computed. The result indicates that it settle successfully the problem of mass unbalance in experiment using the method.
