摘要
三江平原芦苇湿地生态系统在5~10月的生长季节中,芦苇不同构件及土壤中N素季节动态变化存在明显差异。研究结果表明:在生长季节初期,地上部各构件N素含量增长迅速,季末花序、果实及地下部各构件N素含量达到最大值;芦苇构件N素贮量以根茎最大,叶鞘最小;在土壤不同层次中全N和速效N含量变化较大,与芦苇的生长、土壤温度、土壤含水量和土壤微生物密切相关;速效N贮量在生长季节初期主要集中在土壤近表层30~60cm,末期集中在土壤近表层30~45cm处,而在土壤近表层15cm处则呈现有规律的变化。
The seasonal dynamics of the element N in different components of Phragmites australis and soil in the ecosystem of Sanjiang Wetland Plain differ greatly during the growth season. N content of its abovegronnd components had a rapid increase in May. N content of its inflorescenee had a maximum in July. N reserve of its rhizome was the most and that of leaf sheath was the least. There was great changes of total N and quick-acting N content in different layers of soil. It had a close relation with the growth of Phragmites austrolis, temperature, water content and microbe of soil. The quick-acting N reserve was mainly restored in the soil layer between 30 - 60 cm in the early growth season and 30 - 45 cm at the end of growth season. There was a regular change from the surface of soil layer to 15 cm during the growth.
