摘要
[目的]研究不同时期、不同试验处理组铁皮石斛的抗逆生理反应及人工干预对其抗逆性的影响。[方法]铁皮石斛组培苗人工种植,分6-BA 50μg/L定期喷施(激素组)、一定波长和强度的光照补充(物理组)、对照组3个试验组,测定3个生长期3个试验组的铁皮石斛叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,并进行统计分析。[结果]激素组、物理组POD、CAT活性高于对照组,MDA含量低于对照组。[结论]施用6-BA或一定的光照补充均可提高铁皮石斛抗逆能力。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the physiological responses of Dendrobium candidum to environmental stress under different treatments in different stages and the effects of manual intervention on its stress resistance. [Method] Young plants of Dendrobium candidum cultured in vitro were planted in three groups, including hormone group(spraying 50 μg/L 6-benzylaminopurine periodically), physical group ( illumination complement with certain wavelength and intensity) and control group. The activities of pemxydase and catalase, malondialdehyde content in the leaves of Dendrobium canalidum were measured at three growing periods. And the statistical analysis was carried on the data. [Result] Activities of peroxydase and catalase in hormone group and physical group were higher than control group and malondialdehyde content in hormone group and physical group was lower than control group. [Conclusion] Stress resistance of Dendrobium candidum would be improved by 6-benzylaminopurine spraying or by illumination compleznenting.
