摘要
复方聚维酮碘凝胶是一种治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎的新型药物。本试验以金霉素、土霉素和生理盐水作对照,比较复方聚维酮碘凝胶治疗子宫内膜炎后对患牛卵巢机能恢复及配种受胎的作用,并用放射免疫测定技术(RIA)测定参试牛乳中孕酮含量,进一步分析各种药物在治疗前后对卵巢活性的影响。结果表明,复方聚维酮碘凝胶对子宫内膜炎患牛的催情率和受胎率显著高于金霉素、土霉素和生理盐水对照组,用药后发情的时间也缩短(P<0.05);RIA测定结果也表明使用复方聚维酮碘凝胶后排卵牛的比例显著高于空白对照组,进一步证明复方聚维酮碘凝胶能改善卵巢活性。
Providone iodine gel is a new kind of medicine which is used for treating cow＇s endometritis. The pur- pose of this experiment compared the effect of providone iodine gel on cow＇s endometritis with aureomycin, hydroxytetracycline and isotonic Na chloride. PG content in the milk of treated cows was quantified by RIA test. The result showed that the empathema rate of puerperal endometritis, heat rate and conception rate were significantly higher than positive control group and blank group after using providone iodine gel（P〈0.05）. In addition, by analy zing the change of PG in milk after using providone iodine gel,it can improve the intrauterine environment, promote uterus anastate.
