摘要
大白菜对黑斑病抗性属数量遗传,由7~10对以上基因控制,符合加性─显性模型。回交效应显著,表明主要为核基因遗传。亲本配合力gca与sca差异极显著,F值分别为1802及296,gca/sca=6076。大白菜对黑斑病感病性与体内可溶性糖及vC含量呈显著正相关,r值分别为0898及0960。
