同忻煤矿主斜井带式输送机是特大型输送机,介绍了在制定其技术方案时,是采用两台输送机进行搭接还是用一台输送机,是采用机头集中驱动还是多点驱动,以及如何保证多台电机速度同步并达到转矩功率平衡,如何对中间驱动部分进行有效的控制等方面关键技术。
The belt conveyor in main inclined shaft of Tongxin Coal Mine is one of the oversize conveyors at present. The development of technical project is introduced, in the process of key technologies to be discussed including only one or linking two conveyors adopted, driving conveyor concentrated or multipoint control, and how to advance the synchronous revs of multiple motors to achieve a balance of torque, how to control effectively the drive unit in middle.
